This is the time of year where Jack and I take the Jeep out on weekends to enjoy the Colorado fall colors of the Aspens, Cottonwoods, Oaks and a number of colorful brushes. However, this year our work and personal schedules did not coincide with the peak of the colors but we were able to capture some of the heartier leaves toward the end of the season.
We were greeted with a beautiful sunny 'chilly' Colorado day and ventured out to see the colors around Buckhorn Lake and then along Divide Road outside of Montrose, CO.

No matter what time of year it is the mountains, the rivers, the trees, the blooming flowers or the wildlife do not disappoint with their everlasting beauty.
